The entry door is a brief, written application.

We do not hold consultations for men who have not completed this form, including a recent photo. Completing it does not automatically admit you. We decline applications. The person who reads the file is the same person who will coach you prior to your arrival in Cali; who will run the in-person week in Cali, including arranging for your transportation, personal security and live translation; and who will provide your post-visit follow-up services, coaching, and advocacy with your chosen match to ensure your new relationship stays on-track.

What happens after you send it

Rejected applications or that do not result in an agreement are permanently deleted. Accepted applications are private, encrypted and secured. Every application receives a follow-up by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours.
That contact is brief. It will not take much of your time. It only states whether we are interested in proceeding with a 20-minute consultation.
If we both accept, that consultation is where your questions get answered: the search, the week in Cali, enrollment, and whether we both want to continue.
If we fail to render the matchmaking work and only, for example, arrange travel and lodging, the enrollment agreement legally requires LHS LLC (the business) or the matchmaker who signed you up (the individual) to repay you 100% of your fee plus transaction fees. Clients are welcome to look up LHS LLC, entity ID S5969821, on the Virginia State Corporation Commission site (cis.scc.virginia.gov). The company has been registered in the Commonwealth since January 2016.

No catalog

Photographs are selected success stories and community members who authorized their portraits. Most of those women are now partnered with our past clients. Do not ask for a person from the gallery.

No outcome promise

We do not promise marriage, love, pregnancy, an approved visa, or a particular match. People can decline or change their minds.

No cash refund for an undesired romantic result

If we do the work and you dislike the result, the standing remedy is more work: twelve months and a second Hosted Matchmaking Visit. You pay travel and lodging the second time.

Background check

Screening is a condition of service. False or incomplete statements are grounds to refuse or end the engagement without a refund.

Conduct

After enrollment, you sign an anti-human-trafficking and anti-prostitution disclosure. No money is to be offered to the selected women you will date. Sexual liaisons during a Hosted Matchmaking Visit may end the service at once.

Background-check authorization

I authorize Colombia Hearts, LHS LLC, and its screening vendors to obtain background information about me, which may be a consumer report or investigative consumer report. That information may include identity verification, criminal-history records, sex-offender registry checks, court records, and other public records. I understand this information may be used to decide whether to accept my application and may be disclosed, as required by law or as needed for a responsible introduction, to people I may be introduced to.

Colombia Hearts arranges introductions for possible marriage or a lasting partnership. It is not a prostitution service, escort service, or catalog of paid companionship.
