Agreement to these terms

By using this website or submitting an application, you confirm that you have had a fair chance to read this page, that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to contract, and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not apply. The English text controls.

Who we are

Colombia Hearts is a private matchmaking practice operated by LHS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia since January 2016, entity ID S5969821. The Spanish-speaking American who reads your application is the same person who conducts the consultation if we agree to one, conducts sign-up, stays with you on the Hosted Matchmaking Visit, and works with you before and after.

We do not publish a telephone number on this site. U.S. numbers are a primary target of data scrapers and scammers. We are not hiding an offshore shop. Enrolled clients receive the personal, iMessage- and WhatsApp-enabled, Virginia-based number of the person who will render the service for the entire engagement. Until then, submit an application. We reply within 24 to 48 hours. We do not post an email address on public pages for the same reason.

What this service is

Colombia Hearts provides private matchmaking and a Hosted Matchmaking Visit in Santiago de Cali, Colombia, for adult, heterosexual men seeking a wife or serious partner. It is application-only. Submitting a form does not make you a client. Written acceptance does. We may refuse any applicant for any lawful reason, including having reached intake capacity, the results of screening, or individual judgment that there is not a fit.

We took care not to build this site as a storefront selling access to Latina women. Such positioning would undermine a serious, relationship-focused operation. Discretion, screening, coaching, and a guided introduction are the work. This is not a lead-generation site, an online dating platform, or a marketplace of profiles.

What this service is not

• A dating app, membership site, or photo catalog of available women
• An escort, prostitution, paid-companionship, or "girlfriend experience" service
• A mail-order arrangement or a promise that any woman will relocate
• A forwarding operation that sells contact details
• A guarantee of marriage, love, sexual access, pregnancy, or immigration status
• Legal, tax, medical, or immigration advice
• A nightlife concierge or unaccompanied romance tour

Who may apply

Applicants must be adult men, at least 18 years of age, seeking a heterosexual marriage or a serious partnership, able to travel to Colombia, and willing to complete screening. We introduce only women who are 18 years of age or older. We do not serve, depict, or arrange meetings with minors. We do not accept applicants who want to engage in casual sex, sex tourism or prostitution.

No outcome warranty, and the three-date minimum

We work with people, not inventory. Every person involved can decline or change his or her mind at any time, before, during, or after a Hosted Matchmaking Visit. A client’s view of himself as desirable does not bind anyone else. Compatibility is not a product we can ship.

On the first Hosted Matchmaking Visit we guarantee a minimum of three mediated, in-person dinners, prepared in advance. They may not all be with different women if an earlier date goes well and both people desire another evening or outing. We do not warrant a particular person, a particular personality, or marriage. We do warrant that we will not sell you a token meal as if it were part of a serious search.

The standing remedy for an undesired six-month result, where we have not ended the engagement for cause and where we did in fact render the matchmaking services, is an extension of the search to twelve months and a second Hosted Matchmaking Visit, with the client paying travel and lodging for that second trip. That remedy is more work; it is not a cash refund, and is not a warranty that a specific woman will agree to a relationship. To date, no second visit has been required or requested.

If we fail to render the services

Upon agreement, clients receive a legally enforceable enrollment document. It states that the individual who signed you up, or LHS LLC, will repay 100% of the fee you paid plus any transaction fees if we fail to render the matchmaking services described in that document and only, for example, arrange travel and lodging to Cali. That clause is not a refund for a relationship that does not bear fruit. It exists so you are not left chasing an offshore shell if the work is simply not performed as promised.

Fees, travel cap, pause, and cancellation

Paid in full, the Private Partner Search is $20,000. If you pay across the six-month term, the total is $22,500. Both figures include the matchmaking work described on this site and, on the first Hosted Matchmaking Visit, round-trip travel from the continental United States and a 5-star hotel, booked by us from a U.S. gateway to Cali, up to a combined $2,000 cap, plus security, translation, and ground transport as arranged by us. There are no hidden airfare rules inside that cap. Cabin upgrades, additional amenities, and a hotel above the cap are paid by the client.

Meals, personal expenses, shopping, additional hotel nights, travel insurance, medical care, visas, and travel and lodging for a second Hosted Matchmaking Visit are not included. We do not add surprise charges for introductions we already promised. How you pay is agreed to in writing at enrollment. Spreading the fee does not change what is included and does not create a right to a refund for a romantic result you do not like.

Cancellation by the client does not create an obligation to a cash refund. We may pause the term for a documented medical or family emergency. Vacations and indecision are not pretexts to pause. We may end the service at once, without refund, for dishonesty, a failed or refused background check, a conduct violation, or a material breach of these terms. Capacity is one or two Hosted Matchmaking Visits each month, on average (with a maximum of three in a calendar month). Applying does not reserve a slot until we accept you in writing.

Conduct, prostitution, and human trafficking

After enrollment, and before introductions begin, clients sign an anti-human-trafficking and anti-prostitution disclosure. You will not offer money, housing, immigration sponsorship, rent, cellular devices, or other payment or "help" in exchange for sex or companionship to any woman you meet through this service. You will not engage in prostitution, commercial sexual activity, or human trafficking. You will not recruit, harbor, or transport anyone for those purposes. We will cooperate with lawful investigations.

Sexual liaisons during a Hosted Matchmaking Visit are strongly discouraged. If they occur, we have the right to suspend the service immediately, with no refunds and no other consideration. The week in Cali exists so you can decide whether a real relationship is possible and to cultivate said relationship. You remain responsible for your own conduct under the laws of the United States, Colombia, and any place you travel.

Modest, non-coercive gifts may be discussed with your matchmaker in advance. Cash, covering someone's bills, and solving a "family emergency" with a transfer are not acceptable gifts.

Safety and travel risk

We have been on the ground in Cali since 2018 and design Hosted Matchmaking Visits to avoid common patterns of drugging (including scopolamine attacks), robbery, elaborate kidnapping schemes, and premeditated setups associated with careless dating in the country. That design dramatically reduces risk. It does not render Cali, air travel, hotels, restaurants, or human beings entirely harmless.

You remain responsible for following instructions on transport and venues, for carrying valid travel documents, for obtaining any visa you need, and for your own health and travel insurance. You should not leave the arranged program to freelance or to engage in nightlife unaccompanied. We are not liable for the criminal acts of third parties we do not control. Airlines, hotels, and other vendors are independent. Their delays, overbooks, and failures are not ours.

If civil unrest, weather, public-health orders, airline collapse(s), or other events outside our reasonable control interrupt a Hosted Matchmaking Visit, we will work in good faith to reschedule. These are not events that create an obligation to a refund.

Health, alcohol, and weapons

You must be honest about health information a partner would need to know, including contagious illness. Lying about that is grounds to end the service without a refund. Specific testing may be discussed case by case. Heavy intoxication during a Hosted Matchmaking Visit is a conduct issue. Do not bring weapons, and do not use illegal drugs. We may end the day or the engagement if you are considered not safe to be in public at our discretion.

International Marriage Broker Regulation Act

U.S. law may treat certain international introduction services as international marriage brokers. Where those rules apply, we collect background information from U.S. clients and provide required disclosures to the foreign persons we introduce. By applying, you agree to supply complete and truthful information for that purpose, including information about criminal records, protection orders, marital history, and other items the law requires. We may refuse to introduce you if the file is incomplete or if the record is one we will not present. IMBRA compliance is a legal duty, not a marketing claim. This paragraph is notice, not a legal opinion about whether every part of the statute applies to every engagement.

Background checks

A background check is a condition of service. The authorization on the application allows us and our vendors to obtain identity, criminal, registry, court, and related public-record information, which may include a consumer report, and to share what the law or a responsible introduction requires. You may request to know which vendors we use at the time of screening. A typed legal name on the application is your electronic signature for that authorization.

Privacy

We use the information you submit to evaluate your application, run the search, operate the Hosted Matchmaking Visit, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell mailing lists. Staff, contractors in Cali, screening vendors, and, where required, the people you may meet, will see what they need. Do not send us secrets you would not want in a private matchmaking file. Electronic mail and web forms are not perfectly secure. You accept that residual risk when you apply.

We do not publish client names or use your story as marketing without written permission. You will still be visible in public restaurants. Discretion is a strict and standard practice. You must also protect the privacy of the women you meet and of other past or current clients you may speak to during sign-up. Do not post their names, faces, or any identifying details or information.

Photographs and intellectual property

Photographs of women on this site are published with their authorization. They are selected success stories and community members who agreed to share their portraits. They are not an offer of those individuals as current matches. Most have since found partners through our service. Do not write to us asking for a particular person from the gallery. Do not download, scrape, reverse-search, copy, or redistribute those images. Do not use them to contact anyone.

The site’s text, layout, mark, and other original material belong to LHS LLC. You may not copy the site to run a competing service. You may not record, film, or photograph introductions or the women you meet without their clear, prior consent, and never for commercial use.

Women we introduce

Every woman we introduce is 18 years of age or older. That is a condition of the work. We do not serve, depict, or arrange meetings with minors. The anti-human-trafficking and anti-prostitution disclosure signed after enrollment documents this.

The women we introduce are private individuals. They are not employees, contractors selling companionship, or inventory. They may decline a meeting or a relationship for any reason. They do not owe you time, affection, or relocation. Treat them as you would want a sister or close family member treated. We will end an engagement if you refuse to accept our terms.

Immigration and other professional advice

We do not file visa petitions nor do we act as immigration, tax, or family-law counsel. If a relationship moves toward a fiancée or spousal petition, hire a qualified attorney (we may refer you one if you wish). Translation during a Hosted Matchmaking Visit is for conversation; it is not a formal, certified interpretation. Living in Colombia, living in the United States, or remaining long-distance is a joint decision, not a deliverable we can ship.

Confidentiality and communications

We may contact you by email, phone, and messaging apps at the numbers and addresses you provide to us. You consent to that contact about your inquiry and, if accepted, about the search. You may ask us to use a particular channel. We may refuse to discuss the file with third parties (friends, family members or other service providers, such as personal coaches) without your written consent, and we may still refuse if that would harm someone’s privacy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LHS LLC, Colombia Hearts, and their principals, contractors, and staff are not liable for the decisions of third parties, for relationships that fail, for visa petition denials, for theft, assault, drugging, or other crimes by persons we cannot control, for airline or hotel failures, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Except for the repayment clause in the enrollment agreement that applies if we fail to render the matchmaking services, our total liability related to the service will not exceed the fee you paid us for the then-current term. Some jurisdictions restrict these limits. If they do, the remaining terms still apply.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LHS LLC and Colombia Hearts harmless from claims that arise from your own conduct, your breach of these terms, your criminal acts, or your misuse of information or photographs obtained through this service, except to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct.

Website accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate. Fees, inclusions, and methods can change. The version of this page in effect when you are accepted as a client, together with the signed enrollment agreement, controls that engagement unless a later written agreement says otherwise. We may update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new text for future inquiries.

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that your conduct in Colombia remains subject to Colombian law. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, the application, the background authorization, and any later signed enrollment agreement are the entire understanding about the subjects they cover. Informal emails do not amend them unless we confirm the change in writing.

This disclaimer is written in plain language on purpose. It is still a legal document. If you need counsel, hire counsel. Applying after you have seen this page is how you inform us that you understand the limits of the work.
